Respiratory
The respiratory system from the point of view of Ayurveda.
The respiratory system is a combination of organs and tissues associated with breathing. Respiratory diseases affect each of us throughout our lives - cough is associated with the common cold or respiratory illness associated with allergies and asthma.
From an Ayurveda point of view, breathing is life - “prana” leaves the navel through the neck to consume nectar from the air in the atmosphere and then returns to nourish the body. ” Ayurvedic respiratory diseases are diagnosed not by microorganism infection but by a systemic imbalance in life. Ayurveda believes that the respiratory system is affected by the state of mind, metabolism, and the number of toxins in the body.
How the session with the Ayurveda doctor can help you to heal your respiratory system?
