Asthma has been a major cause with the increasing amount of allergens and rising air. Asthma is a long-term disease of the lungs. It causes airways to get inflamed and narrow, and it makes it hard to breathe.
Asthma is marked by inflammation of the bronchial tubes, with extra sticky secretions inside the tubes. People with asthma have symptoms when the airways tighten, inflame, or fill with mucus.There are three major signs of asthma:
Asthma can occur in many different ways and for many different reasons, but the triggers are often the same. They include airborne pollutants, viruses, pet dander, mold, and cigarette smoke. There is some common types of asthma:

Ayurveda focuses on curing the root cause of the disease by removing the toxins and balancing the doshas in the body. Asthma is also known as “Tamak-Shvasa” in Ayurvedic science. It caused due to the imbalance of the three doshas - Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. According to Ayurveda, there are three types of asthma based on the doshas:
Air element - dry type asthma
Fire element - infection type asthma
Water element - congestion type asthma

Honey And Cloves. To strengthen the lungstake a mixture of 7-9 cloves + 3 tsp of honey
1 tsp the paste black raisins should be consumed mixed with warm milk in the morning
massaging brown mustard oil on chest is often used as a natural remedy for asthmatic conditions
1 tsp of honey and onion juice in a glass and drink daily
Milk glass 1tsp of honey and some bay leaf powder (1 tsp) before going to bed
