What Causes Cancer?
According to Ayurveda, cancer originates due to deranged metabolism and imbalance of body constituents causing faulty division of cells and improper growth. This leads to the depletion of systemic ojas or the vibrant energy. The cause of this could be long standing deranged cellular metabolism, improper cellular detoxification, deranged agni. This could be due to improper diet, lack of sleep or excessive stress, chemicals in the form of foods, encvironmental toxins or gentic and heredity influence.
